In Armenia compulsory military service is reduced from 2 to 1.5 years

The Armenian Parliament has adopted amendments to the legislation, according to which the term of compulsory military service is reduced from 2 to 1.5 years.

65 deputies voted in favour, 4 voted against, and 20 abstained.
