“The report of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, saying that between 8:50 p.m. and 11:40 p.m. on Feb. 12, the Armed Forces of Armenia allegedly opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions in the northeastern part of the border zone, does not correspond to reality,” reads the release issued by the RA Ministry of Defense.
