One of plane crash victims is cadet, the other lieutenant

Sen. Lieut. Armen Isakhanyan and cadet Armen Khachatryan were killed in a training plane crash, the press service of the RA Ministry of Defense reports.

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia expressed its condolences and support to the family members, relatives and fellow soldiers of the fallen servicemen.

To remind, at 9:30 a.m. on July 19, the Emergency Management Center of Kotayk Regional Rescue Department received an alarm that a plane had crashed near the town of Yeghvard, near the area called “Lcher”. According to the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, the crashed plane was a Yak-52.
