Today, an event in memory of the hero took place in the military science classroom of the hero’s native village school.
The classroom is named after Ruslan Tovmasyan. It was opened last year in partnership with Genesis Armenia Think Tank/Foundation and UMCOR Armenia Charitable Foundation.
