According to preliminary reports, in violation of the
ceasefire agreement, Azerbaijanis have killed a civilian in Haterk on Sept. 21.
Former State Minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan made an X post on this.
“Azerbaijanis not only didn’t cease the fire yesterday at 1
PM, shooting and moving in various directions for a few hours, but also today
continued violations.
This morning, they killed preliminarily a civilian in the
occupied Haterk village, now shooting/moving to Stepanakert,” he wrote.
