Azerbaijan violates ceasefire in Askeran region

Around 11:10 a.m. on Sept. 19, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces
violated the ceasefire in the Askeran region by using mortars. 

The Armenian side suffered no casualties, the press service
of the Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports.
