New home, new beginning: Keys to apartments handed over in Goris
74-year-old Grigor Tamrazyan had been moving from house to house with his family in Goris for two years, seeking the warmth of his native Artsakh.
Today, he holds the key to his new home. Along with him, 17 other families received the keys to their own homes.
The houses were provided by the governor of Syunik Province, the mayor of Goris, and the abbot of Tatev.
The project cost 200 million drams.
The furnishing was carried out with the support of the UN Development Programme, the organization ACTED, as well as the Goris Foundation and P&T NGO.
