Today, Aug. 31, under the mediation and supervision of the
International Committee of the Red Cross, 10 patients, along with their
attendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals from Artsakh. The
patients were transferred to Armenia to receive immediate medical treatment.
According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of
Artsakh, one patient is expected to return to Artsakh under the ICRC
supervision today. The patient was transferred to the Republic of Armenia to
receive state-funded treatment.
