Azerbaijan violates ceasefire twice in territory of Artsakh by firing at civilians and settlements

The Azerbaijani side grossly violated the ceasefire regime twice in seven days, targeting and firing at civilians and settlements, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh reports.

Around 12:00 on June 28, a resident of the town of Chartar was harvesting with a combine in the area called “64 hectares” in the administrative area of Martuni, when fire was opened from small arms from the adjacent Azerbaijani combat positions on the harvester.

On the same day, another report was received from a resident of Gishi village. The latter, while carrying out agricultural work with a “Belarus-80” tractor, was targeted by Azerbaijani servicemen in the Ghurusu area of the administrative area of Chartar.
