Artsakh TV is resuming its activities, Artsakh Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) Gegham Stepanyan said in a Facebook post, also publishing a video.
“Artsakh TV is resuming its activities, although with a small staff, but with an extremely important role to do its best in the direction of preserving social ties among the people of Artsakh, the preservation of the Artsakhi characteristics of the Armenian identity and the Artsakh dialect, raising the issues that concern the people of Artsakh, and speaking about them regularly,” Stepanyan wrote.
