Moscow is considering the possibility of a meeting between
the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan within the CIS summit in
Bishkek on Oct. 12, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated.
“The dialogue between Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan on the
Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict has never ended. We hope that such contacts will
continue. Now, we are considering the possibility of such a dialogue in
Bishkek,” the high-ranking official said.
He noted that the Azerbaijani side has already given its
consent, and they hope that the Armenian side will agree to attend the talks as
well.
