Expert on Azerbaijani Studies: The November 9 statement does not exist

Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet
Hajiyev stated that it is not true that Azerbaijan does not enter into
negotiations as it does not recognize the territorial integrity of Armenia.
According to him, Azerbaijan has no territorial claims from Armenia. However,
Expert on Azerbaijani Studies Arman Poladyan says that the enemy cannot be
trusted.
