Signals from Aliyev indicate that his campaign of ethnic
cleansing will not cease with his military attacks on Artsakh. The U.S.
Representatives addressed a letter to Secretary of State Antony Blinken and
Head of the United States Agency for International Development Samantha Power.

According to ANCA, the U.S. lawmakers proposed four concrete
ways through which the U.S. can deter Azerbaijani aggression, namely, through
imposing sanctions on Azerbaijan, enforcing Section 907 of the FREEDOM Support
Act, thus stopping military aid to Azerbaijan, providing security assistance to
Armenia and sending international monitors and peacekeepers to Armenia to avert
an Azerbaijani invasion.
