Fire starts at a Baku oil refinery
A fire broke out in the oil refinery named after Heydar Aliyev in the Nizami district of Baku.
The forces of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications were sent to the scene. Other details are not reported at this time.
