Russia’s deputy energy minister arrested

Sergey Mochalnikov, Russian deputy minister of energy, has been arrested, RIA Novosti writes, referring to law enforcement agencies.

“The issues of indictment and the measure of restraint are being decided,” the agency was told.

The case materials will be sent to the court on Oct. 25.
