Azerbaijan goes on with arrests. Former Presidents of
Artsakh Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan and Arayik Harutyunyan and Artsakh NA
President Davit Ishkhanyan were arrested in the capital of Artsakh,
Stepanakert.
Arayik Harutyunyan has been appointed a lawyer. He has been
interrogated, and the lawyer says that his testimony will help find answers to
many questions.
