UN unable to see the obvious in depopulated Artsakh

The other day, the U.N. mission was in Stepanakert to look
at the situation in already depopulated Artsakh. Ani Abaghyan made a report on
who was involved in the mission, why they failed to record obvious facts and
how they could not see targeted civilian infrastructure.
