Earthquake happens on Georgian-Turkish border

An earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter scale occurred on the Georgian-Turkish border, the National Seismic Monitoring Centre of Georgia reports.

As noted, the epicenter was located in Turkey, 61 kilometers from the border with Georgia.

The earthquake occurred at 1:02 p.m. Tbilisi time.
