Polish prime minister: The war in Ukraine is entering a decisive phase, with a risk of global conflict
The armed conflict in Ukraine is entering a decisive phase, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said.
“It is difficult for me to refrain from saying a few words about the situation we all have found ourselves in, as this is a historic moment. The war in the East is entering a decisive phase. We all know this,” Tusk noted.
At the same time, he said he can see a risk of “global conflict.”
“We feel that the unknown is approaching. None of us knows how this conflict will end. The events of the last few hours indicate that the threat is indeed serious and real when it comes to a global conflict,” the Polish prime minister said.
