Serzh Sargsyan: For me, the chapter of Armenian Artsakh will never be closed

Third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan commented on the
situation in Artsakh, responding to journalists’ questions.

“Despair is a sin. This is the truth that has been relevant
and is still relevant to our reality.” Sargsyan said.

When asked if the chapter of Armenian Artsakh has closed or
not, Serzh Sargsyan said, “For me, that chapter will never be closed.”
