In a conversation with Tert.am, Former Head of the National
Security Council of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan denied the information that
Azerbaijan had arrested him yesterday while crossing the Hakari bridge.
”I am in Artsakh. So, please write down my address: 29
Danielyan Street, Askeran. I am here and have not even tried to leave Artsakh,”
Balasanyan said, noting once again that he is not going to leave Artsakh.
To remind, the Azerbaijani sources had disseminated
information about Vitaly Balasanyan’s arrest at the Hakari bridge.
