The Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) will cease to
exist. Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan has signed a decree.
Artsakh InfoCenter reports that a decision has been made to
dissolve all state institutions and agencies by Jan. 1, 2024.
After the decree comes into force, the population of
Nagorno-Karabakh, including the part of the population outside the republic, will
get acquainted with the reintegration conditions set out by the Republic of
Azerbaijan to further make an independent and individual decision.
