“Everyone knows that my name is put on Azerbaijan’s
blacklist, and the Azerbaijani side has demanded that I leave for Baku for
further investigation. Thus, I have decided to leave for Shushi from
Stepanakert today.
This decision of mine will, of course, cause great pain,
worry and stress to my close ones in the first place, but I am sure that they
will be understanding.
Failure to go there, or worse still, making my escape, will
do serious harm to our long-suffering people. Thus, as an upright man, a
patriot and a Christian, I cannot let it happen.
