Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova
expressed condolences to the families of the victims of the huge blast at a
fuel depot near Stepanakert.
“The Russian peacekeepers were most actively engaged in the
activities to put the fire out, to provide medical assistance to the injured
and to evacuate them. We will continue to make every effort to help the
population,” Zakharova said.
