Gegham Stepanyan: As of 10:00 p.m. on Sept 26, the Forensic-Medical Expertise Bureau has reported 68 deaths from the blast at a fuel depot

As of 10:00 p.m. on Sept. 26, the Forensic-Medical Expertise
Bureau has reported 68 deaths from the blast at a fuel depot. The identities of
21 bodies have been established, while the rest remain unidentified. Human
Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan made a Facebook post on
this.

“Two hundred and ninety people were injured. One hundred and
sixty-eight people were transferred to different medical centers in Armenia;
ninety-six of them were transferred by the Russian peacekeepers’ helicopter and
72 by RA ambulances under the supervision of the International Committee of the
Red Cross.

The reports delivered by information centers state that 105
people are listed as missing.

Data collection continues,” Stepanyan wrote.
