Kremlin comments on US idea on international mission in Artsakh

Spokesperson for the Russian president Dmitry Peskov
commented on the statement made by the U.S. Department of State on establishing
an international monitoring mission in Artsakh.

As stated by Peskov, the idea regarding the international
mission still lacks clarity. He noted that it is the Azerbaijani side that has
the authority to allow the establishment of any kind of mission.

“The Russian peacekeepers intend to continue to facilitate
the settlement of the Karabakh conflict under their mandate,” Peskov noted.
