Pashinyan ‘appoints’ a guilty party for emigration

This morning, 103 lawmakers gathered in parliament to participate in this year’s final four-day session and continue discussions on the 2025 budget. Pashinyan came to parliament specifically for this discussion—without a bicycle but with repeatedly chewed-over questions and statements.

Pashinyan’s friends might have urged him to acknowledge this, but it is a topic that requires lengthy discussion, which he spoke about at length, trying to explain and analyze.

He closed the chapter of Artsakh and moved on to Armenia. He asked who knows how the world perceives us, and stated that it is important for us to understand that perception, noting that this question has many important layers and nuances.
