Davit Sargsyan and Tsolak Akopyan,who were picked up from
the YSU building and arrested yesterday, will be released, the RA Investigative
Committee reports.
“By the decision of the authority in charge of the
proceedings, they will be released from custody as the necessity for arrest no
longer exists. The investigation in connection with the criminal proceedings is
underway,” Spokesperson for the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Gor
Abrahamyan wrote.
As Abrahamyan noted, so far, no criminal prosecution has
been brought against them.
