No Azerbaijani troops in Stepanakert; Russian peacekeepers stationed in environs

The news on social media that the Azerbaijani troops have
entered Stepanakert is fake. The Artsakh InfoCenter made a statement on this.

“Since Azerbaijan’s violation of the ceasefire on Sept. 21,
Russian peacekeepers have been stationed in the environs of Stepnakert — in the
Krkzhan district as well — to avoid further tensions.

We urge everyone not to fall for posts aimed at spreading
panic and to watch only official news.

The Artsakh InfoCenter regularly provides updates on the
situation and the measures taken by the government,” reads the statement.
