People to be provided with hot meals in Stepanakert

From Sept. 23, hot meals will be provided free of charge to
the people evacuated during the Azerbaijani military aggression in “Noy” and
“Nadezhda” halls of Stepanakert from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Artsakh
