Troops withdrawal and evacuated people’s return discussed under Russian mediation

Under the mediation of the Russian peacekeepers, talks are
being held with the Azerbaijani side to arrange the withdrawal of the troops
and to ensure the evacuated people’s return to their homes, Artsakh InfoCenter

The procedure of people’s entry into and exit from Artsakh
is being discussed as well.
