Since early morning, streets have been blocked in Yerevan.
Protesters have been carrying out civil disobedience actions in support of
Artsakh. They are demanding Nikol Pashinyan’s resignation.

Dozens of people have been arrested, including members of
the Hayakve initiative, candidate for mayor of Yerevan Andranik Tevanyan and
others.

Although the plan was to besiege the Government building
early in the morning, the Cabinet session took place after all. Police officers
have formed a three-line cordon around the Government building.
