Thousands of people from different villages of
Artsakh are now in Stepanakert; they spent the night in basements and cars.
Artsakh NA MP Metaxe Hakobyan said this to NEWS.am.
“There is no electricity and no water, as in
many places the water supply depends on electricity. Now, the water supply has
been partially restored. There is no food, either. However, it is of little
importance to people, as they cannot believe that Artsakh is lost now. Many
families and many children are missing. People are not able to find each
other,” Metaxe Hakobyan said.
The MP noted that people make fires and
prepare food outside or on balconies of residential buildings.
