In a recent interview, Aliyev once again labeled Armenia a fascist state and referred to Armenians collectively as fascists. This rhetoric is often echoed by Azerbaijan’s ally, Turkey. However, this does not prevent Turkey’s Ministry of Education from signing an agreement for extensive cooperation in the education sector with the ultranationalist and fascist organization known as the Grey Wolves.
