The Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF)
issued a statement on Azerbaijan’s military operations against
Nagorno-Karabakh.
“Secretary General of Organisation internationale de la
Francophonie Louise Mushikiwabo strongly condemns Azerbaijan’s military
operations against Nagorno-Karabakh and calls for the immediate cessation of
the offensive.
She expresses her heartfelt condolences to the families of
the victims and those of the wounded,” reads the statement.
Mushikiwabo reaffirmed the need to adhere to the November 9,
2020 ceasefire statement and the organization’s commitment to a peaceful
resolution to the conflict.
