Turkish Intelligence kills Iranian official linked to PKK leadership
Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization (MİT) has killed Ahmad Serhed, an Iranian official identified as a leading member of an organization recognized as a terrorist group. The operation also led to the killing of Akam Shahe, who was reportedly hiding Serhed, Ermenihaber reports.
As noted, Serhed was a member of the leadership of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK).
The Suleymaniye district of Istanbul is indicated as the location of the operation.
