No electricity in Artsakh; Not known whether there will be bread or not

It has been an hour since the shelling of Stepanakert was resumed.
Explosions are heard in different parts of the capital, ABC Media’s
correspondent in Artsakh reports.

“There is no food, no electricity; Connection is bad. We
don’t know whether there will be bread or not,” our correspondent said, adding
that the shooting continued throughout the night.
