Russian Foreign Ministry details agenda for Jan. 21 Mirzoyan-Lavrov meeting

The upcoming Jan. 21 negotiations between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will focus on the situation in the South Caucasus, aiming for a balanced resolution between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said.

Additionally, the heads of the foreign ministries will engage in a detailed exchange of views on Russian-Armenian relations, cooperation within the EAEU and other integration associations in the Eurasian area, as well as outstanding issues of the global agenda.

“We hope the forthcoming meeting will be constructive, contributing to the advancement of practical cooperation issues and the strengthening of security and stability in the South Caucasus,” the ministry said.
