Lavrov and Kulubayev to discuss issues facing CSTO
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will hold talks in Moscow with his Kyrgyz counterpart, Jeenbek Kulubayev. The heads of diplomatic missions will discuss a package of issues facing the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) during Kyrgyzstan’s presidency in Bishkek, as well as other topics.
Among these topics, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova highlighted issues of Eurasian integration, global and regional security, and the coordination of joint actions on international stages.
A cooperation program between the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry for the years 2025-2027 is also expected to be signed.
