Zelenskyy meets with Macron

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with French President Emmanuel Macron. The sides discussed further support for Ukraine, Zelenskyy said in a Telegram post, adding that particular attention was paid to cooperation in the field of security and possible formats for security guarantees for Ukraine and all of Europe.

“We hope for France’s support in the negotiation process for EU membership. I thank France for its constant and unwavering support for Ukraine on the path to a just and sustainable peace,” the Ukrainian president stated.

It was reported the day before that Zelenskyy traveled to Poland, where he would hold a series of meetings.
