Charles Michel: The simultaneous passage of humanitarian cargo via Lachin and Agdam must be regularised

We welcome the simultaneous passage of humanitarian cargo
via Lachin and Agdam. 

This must be now regularised. President of the European
Council Charles Michel made an X post on this.

“Also essential to launch talks between Baku and Karabakh on
their rights and security, which EU stands ready to support,” Michel noted.
