Andranik Tevanyan: If Marutyan fully shares our agenda for the change of power, we will help him receive the necessary number of votes

Becoming mayor is not our goal; our goal is the change of
power. Leader of the Mother Armenia Alliance Andranik Tevanyan said this in his
press conference.

“No discussions have been held. We have heard several
viewpoints and are ready to discuss the possible formats of cooperation with
other forces, if they share our beliefs, regarding the change of power. We can
help Marutyuan receive the necessary number of votes, and we will do that if he
shares our agenda regarding the change of power. Our aim is not to come into
office; we are ready for cooperation,” Tevanyan said, commenting on the news
about forming a coalition with the Public Voice Party and the National Progress
Party of Armenia.

To remind, no political force has received the necessary
number of votes in the Yerevan Council of Elders elections.
