Murder in yard of administrative leader’s house

The incident occurred a few meters away from my interlocutor’s house. She says her husband ran and saw Grigor lying on the ground, his pulse beating. Shortly after, it was confirmed that the young man was dead. The murdered boy had no parents and was living with his brother. He was engaged.
