A criminal week: Murders from Merdzavan to Talin

Criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding an incident that occurred in Merdzavan in the presence and participation of the administrative head; the proceedings encompass four charges: murder, attempted murder, arms trafficking, and hooliganism. Criminal prosecution has been launched against nine individuals, three of whom have been arrested.
