Metaxe Hakobyan: The aid that has reached Artsakh does not include Armenian or Azerbaijani goods; this does not mean integration

It can be inferred from the videos that the aid being
transported to Artsakh under the ICRC and Russian mediation, has crossed the
Hakari bridge as well. Member of the Artsakh Justice Party Metaxe Hakobyan said
this to ABC Media.

“The aid does not include Armenian, Azerbaijani, or Turkish
goods. These are the foreign goods, mentioned by the Artsakh InfoCenter. The
convoy was escorted by the ICRC and the Russian peacekeepers. This does not
mean integration. To ameliorate the dire humanitarian situation, the sides have
agreed — under the Russian mediation — to tackle the food shortages for at
least one or two days without compromise or concessions. This is an interim
solution, which will allow us to negotiate in a more effective way in the
future,” Hakobyan said.

She noted that the problem facing Artsakh is not
humanitarian in nature, but political.

“The humanitarian situation will not be stable until a
political solution is adopted,” Hakobyan noted.
