Armenia is being tried in Baku: What measures has Azerbaijan adopted?

Armenia’s withdrawal of claims from international courts: This is one of the conditions that Azerbaijan has laid down so that it could start out with a clean slate. However, the cleaning rag seems to be only in Armenia’s hands. While Pashinyan declares that the claims will be withdrawn, Baku is conducting trials against the captured leadership of Artsakh and Armenian prisoners on trumped-up, grave charges.
