Non-Armenian citizens are eligible to vote in the Yerevan
Council of Elders elections if they have resided in Yerevan for the past year.
Secretary of the RA Central Electoral Commission Armen Smbatyan said this.
The means of identification with regard to these persons is
the residence permit issued by the Republic of Armenia.
