The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has turned down
the application for the transportation of Helen Dadasyan’s body to Artsakh.
Helen died in the tragic road accident on the highway from Yerevan to Gyumri,
near Lanjik village, on Aug. 4. Helen’s uncle, Mushegh said this.
