In just 10 hours, 15mm of intense snowfall covered Yerevan, which equates to half a month’s worth. Despite two weeks of continuous warnings about heavy snow, the capital was still unprepared.
One of the most serious accidents caused by black ice occurred in Nork-Marash district. Residents, who witnessed the accident, report that the injured individual was a female driver of one of the damaged cars.
