Azerbaijan violates ceasefire in Artsakh; Soldier wounded

Around 12:15 p.m. on Sept. 13, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces
violated the ceasefire in the direction of Nor Shen. Azerbaijan used small
arms. 

The Defense Ministry of Artsakh reports that a serviceman
has been wounded on the Armenian side.  His life is not at risk.

The ceasefire violation has been reported to the command of
the Russian peacekeeping troops.
